With the Psychosocial Counselling Centre Wangen I offer a personal point of contact for people seeking support in a difficult situation.

My approach

I meet everyone with respect, openness and appreciation – regardless of origin, religion, age or way of life.

My aim is to strengthen you: together with you I look for solutions that fit your life, and I build on your own abilities and resources.

Worries about money, work or residence status are often closely linked to strain on the family and on one's wellbeing. Psychosocial counselling connects the personal and the social side of a problem.

About the person

Jelena Gasser

lic. phil. I, Psychologist · Founder, head & counsellor

I studied psychology at the University of Zurich and then trained in systemic couples and family counselling. For more than 35 years I have been counselling and supporting people in difficult life situations – almost three decades of them as head of Infodona, the City of Zurich's counselling centre for migrants.

What matters most to me personally is that you feel in good hands with me – with everything you bring along. I offer counselling in German, English and Serbian.
